Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using the services of Masterweb Solutions ("the Platform") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Platform.

2. Account and registration

You can create an account with an email and password, or sign in with Google. Every account requires administrator approval before it can access the portal features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Carry out illegal activities or infringe the rights of third parties.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Overload the infrastructure, reverse-engineer it or bypass security measures.
• Upload malicious content, spam or offensive material.

4. Services

The Platform provides tools to request estimates, manage proposals and track project status. The specific scope of each service is agreed in writing with each client.

5. Payments and credits

Some services run on a credit system. Credits are non-refundable except where a technical fault attributable to Masterweb Solutions is involved. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without prior notice where the conduct puts the Platform or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time by writing to support.

7. Intellectual property

The code, design, trademarks and content of the Platform belong to Masterweb Solutions or its licensors. Deliverables produced for a specific client are governed by the contract signed with that client.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Masterweb Solutions will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the domicile of Masterweb Solutions.
